If you’ve ever been infuriated by the long lines at the DMV, this guy is the source of the problem. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with a DMV employee, explaining how sImPlE it was to issue a title for his vehicle, which he purchased a million years ago.

According to the DMV employee, who probably read the book cover to cover, she didn’t know what she was talking about. Then he had the nerve to say she was “unwilling to help” just because she wouldn’t break company policy. Thankfully, the employee’s boss overheard the entire conversation and repeated everything she said back to the male Karen.
