#13: Locker Room Talk Isn’t Real
I suppose we only have Hollywood to blame for this myth about male culture. While I’m sure there are exceptions to the rule, most locker rooms I know of are relatively quiet places filled mainly with the spray of water, the rustle of towels, and awkward silences of naked bodies accidentally getting too close.

Of course, it’s not that these kinds of conversations don’t take place… They’re just way more likely to place somewhere comfortable where men can speak their minds unfazed by the ablution rituals or the threat of unwanted ears, preferably somewhere with a good beer stock.
