3-Time NBA All-Star MVP
In the history of the NBA, there have only been 13 players to win the NBA All-Star MVP title more than once. Michael was named the All-Star MVP on three occasions. The first was in the 1987-88 season, where he recorded 40 points, 8 rebounds, 4 steals, 4 blocks, and 3 assists.
He won the title again in 1996 after recording 20 points and 4 rebounds. His final All-Star MVP title came in the 1997-98 season, a full decade after his first, when he recorded 23 points, 8 assists, 6 rebounds, and 3 steals. The only All-Star MVP player to record more points than MJ’s 40-point All-Star game was Russell Westbrook in 2015, but we all know how big of a stat-padder that guy is.
