The Disappearing Path
When life becomes too stressful for me, one of the things that I usually do to unwind and destress is to go back and be one with nature. Be it a walk in the park, a whole day at the beach, or even doing a hiking or trekking activity in the mountains, alone or with the company of the right people, it would surely drain all the stress out of your system.

One of the things that everyone should remember when hiking is to never go astray from the given trail. The trails and paths you sometimes see is not really a path at all, and it could even lead to your demise. Through a funny coincidence, this path is actually a stream covered with a lot of leaves. One step and you would immediately have an unexpected swim.
