The Joplin Tornado of 2011
It’s possible that the deadly 2011 tornado in Joplin, Missouri, was caused by humans. Some believe this to be the case. This is due to the tornado’s tremendous force and extensive damage; it killed 161 people and destroyed the whole town. It may have been artificial, according to some people.
According to the most accepted theory, the United States Air Force is said to have generated the storm at the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) station in Alaska. Many people believe that the facility, which studies the planet’s upper atmosphere, has the ability to generate tornadoes and storms similar to those that struck Joplin. Experts, however, refute this notion.
