A lesson from Kellogg’s
It is becoming increasingly difficult for small businesses to compete with large corporations because the latter can often get away with unethical or illegal practices. However, there are ways that you can level the playing field and receive the same type of treatment as them.
For example, Kellogg’s has been sued multiple times because their Froot Loops don’t contain any real fruit. However, since there’s no such thing as “Froot,” the judges have ruled in Kellogg’s favor. So, if you want to make a healthy snack bar and avoid being sued for false product labeling, simply name it “Hellthy Fyoods” or something similar.
