In America, the legs are considered a sexualized portion of the body. In most primary schools, miniskirts or dress codes restricting their length are prohibited. In professional settings in America, cleavage is sexually provocative and frowned upon; however, tops below the collar bone are acceptable. It’s perplexing that it’s practically the opposite in South Korea.
