These Pictures Take the Concept of ‘Then and Now’ to a Whole New Level

The strange thing about photographs is that they retain a precise moment in time throughout one photo. If many years have passed between the first photograph and the next you take or view that location, it will appear very different.

The Kowloon Peninsula in Hong Kong went through a lot of development during those years, evident by the numerous changes. It is almost hard to believe that these two photos depict the exact location as they have changed so much over time.
