The Golden Cross Inn – 1819 vs. 2021
There are a few regions on the planet that, despite all the modifications they’ve undergone, still appear to be quite similar to when they were initially constructed. England is one of the locations where this phenomenon has been present for an extended period.
The Golden Cross Inn in Coventry, which still looks like it did in 1819, minus some street signs and electric lighting, is a rare example of early 19th-century architecture. You don’t see cobblestone pathways like this very often at the Golden Cross or any surrounding buildings.
