#30: Dealing with Bureaucracy Over the Phone
Dealing with bureaucracy over the phone is the worst. Sure, you can argue that talking with operators has its fair share of downsides, but trying to communicate with a robot isn’t better. Don’t you just hate it when you call some government agency for a bureaucratic matter and you get one menu after another, and none of these menus offer the help that you need? At least you can try and reason with a person.
