What I think is going on here is that the two numbers between which there is a discrepancy are actually taken from two different versions of the product. The ’30 Wipes’ was probably taken from some earlier version of the packaging (with far better value for money).

After the earlier version was discontinued, or decided against, no one thought it was necessary to get rid of the giant number thirty in the middle of the packet or replace it with the accurate number as shown directly below. If I was this customer I would demand to be compensated with another eighteen wipes.
