Maybe I’m just a total ignoramus when it comes to science, but I don’t understand how one person’s blood can magically contain antibodies to eliminate diseases. Is it some mutation in their genes, or just a matter of luck or a complete accident of evolution? I don’t know, but I’m sure someone does.

It’s kind of like a superpower. This man is equipped with a unique thing inside his body that enables him to heal other people’s sicknesses without doing anything other than donating some of his blood. With great power comes great responsibility, and the responsibility for roughly two million lives saved is great.
