In the digital age, as we mentioned before, we always assume that people just do not care about reaching out personally to customers as they did back in the day. When you are shipping out products to nameless and faceless customers why would you bother to get to know them anyways?
Well, this balloon company felt differently, and after completing an order for balloons that this woman bought for her sick mother, they gave them to her for free. They felt that cancer was a hard enough thing to go through and the balloons were on the house as a result. Along with that came a nice message of comfort and support.
