Questionable Designs That Have Us Scratching Our Heads

Depending on which part of the world you come from, you are going to be used to different cultural norms. Whether it be the way that people dress, the food that people eat, or even the types of houses that people live in. These cultural differences are often what makes us all different from one another, in a good way.

In this instance, it seems like wherever this is, the culture around building permits is a little different than in the States. The way that this building is constructed would not fly where I’m from and for good reason. For one, it doesn’t look stable and two, it doesn’t have a roof. This also might not be finished yet, but this design is odd for more than one reason.
