Questionable Designs That Have Us Scratching Our Heads

Whenever you use a public restroom, it is always a nice treat when there are paper towels hoisted up next to the sink. Most of the time you have to wash your hands, and then wipe the leftover water all over your pants. The paper towel way is much better for both you and your pants.

But this person took the instructions a little too literally and didn’t even manage to get a substantial amount of paper towel. This is just uncomfortable to look at, and we feel bad for the person who didn’t even get to fulfill the wonderful public bathroom/paper towel experience. We wonder if there is a design flaw in this device after all…
