#16: A Tissue For Your Issues?
If you think about it, we all spend much of our lives at work. Day in and day out, doing the same thing with the same people can be kind of disheartening. If you happen to be a part of a fun and lively workplace environment, that’s great, but if you are stuck with a dull or frustrating workplace, your days at work might feel long and unproductive.
Can you imagine having a sign like this up at your work? If this is a necessary sign for any workplace, perhaps something is wrong here. Joking aside, if employees cry because of their work and management is aware of it, that sounds like a problem. Maybe it’s not as bad as we think, but this sign isn’t very reassuring.
