#18: Thanks for the Refill
At first glance, this looks like an innocent enough water cooler. Every office should have one, right? Hydrating is a basic human need, after all. However, once you read the note left by the employees and the note left by the employer as a response, you’ll realize there’s nothing innocent about this water cooler.
Apparently, the company doesn’t provide its employees with fresh water – it’s the employees who have to pay for the water cooler regularly. The person who put up this note is asking his colleagues to contribute to the office water, $5 per month. You’d think that’s something the company can afford, but no. All they can afford is to leave a snarky response.
