#23: Motivation Boost
When it comes to work, we either want to go the extra mile or do the bare minimum to make sure we get the job done. This can be influenced by many things that are sometimes out of our control. But being reminded of these things in the workplace isn’t so nice.
Even though these things may require zero talent, they require a lot of effort. If there is some sort of issue with your employees and these things, I suggest talking to them about the things you wish were done better because passive-aggressive signs, as funny as they may be, definitely don’t help anyone.
