Whether you’re working an after-school job to make some extra cash or in your 9-5, working can be a real drag sometimes. Sure, some workplaces can benefit their employees and make them feel valued. However, there are plenty that do not.
Can you imagine finding a sign like this in your workplace bathroom? This is a massive red flag if we have ever seen one… We hope these employees know they are valued and their emotions, whatever they may be, are valid.
