#6: When I Say Jump
For better and for worse, when you work in a shared building, many things exist for communal use. These things mostly benefit every person and tend to make mundane things in life a little bit easier. But when those things stop working, asking management to fix them can be a mission.

This thing looks scary enough without the extra worry of it breaking down mid-ride. Surely, if this is such a frequent issue, the building’s management must fix it. It seems like a big safety issue, if nothing else, and keeping your workers safe should be the number one priority.
