Fittingly, Stinking Creek Road in Knoxville is named for Stinking Creek, which gets its name from the naturally unpleasant sulfurous odor that it produces. From the town name to the creek itself, the whole thing just stinks. We hope the residents there don’t have to put up with too many nasty smells.
