From my brief research into the matter I haven’t been able to ascertain to what extent this particular kind of enterprise was commonplace but I can tell you that whether it was prolific or just this one woman’s private initiative, it’s definitely an interesting and unique way to offload your wares.

Although, in the interests of complete historical accuracy, I would like to see a follow-up photograph (even an X-ray) of this lady’s back a few years down the track. I am just a little bit concerned her particular load may have done all kinds of irreversible damage to her spine.
