Reddit Users Share Red Flags That Point to a Toxic Workplace Mentality

If you ask burning questions during a job interview, be prepared to receive answers you may not like. This person asked an interviewer about any challenges the department had recently faced. In response, the interviewer simply replied, “Job security.” Yikes! This was a red flag for our storyteller, for obvious reasons. 

Everyone wants a job that provides stability and potential for growth! We all have bills to pay, so taking a job that might be gone in a few months is not a risk many of us want to take. It’s a good thing this person asked, or else they may have accepted a job that was good but not long-lived. At least the interviewer was honest!
