A Revolving Door
High turnover at a company is one of the most common red flags to look for when job hunting. If you job hunt for long enough, you may notice the same companies that keep posting job listings for the same positions over and over again. Avoid applying to those places as much as you can.
A high turnover rate means that people can’t stand working there. It could be poor pay, toxic bosses, dangerous work conditions, or any other multitude of reasons. The fact is, people will work at a place longer if they enjoy it and the job meets their financial needs. This red flag applies to all industries, from food service to office jobs.
