Reddit Users Share Red Flags That Point to a Toxic Workplace Mentality

Workplace drama is bound to happen. It’s human nature! However, there’s a tipping point where normal drama escalates into something totally toxic and stressful. This poor lady accepted a job after ignoring a red flag during the interview process. During the final interview with her new manager, he said she would be fine as long as she didn’t “get involved in the staff drama.”

Update: it has not been fine. Apparently, the staff drama is so toxic that it’s negatively affecting her work life. This is a huge failure on the part of management. Based on what her manager said during the interview, he is obviously aware of the drama but refuses to address it with employees. He just lets things fester, which is not healthy.
