Feeling tired ahead of time — is it normal?
Adults are always tired. It’s something that we’ve come to terms with and accepted as a part of life. In fact, it’s almost like a shared experience at this point. It’s not easy to juggle a social life, a relationship, family, and work all at the same time. With so much to worry about, it’s no surprise that we get tired just by thinking of all our responsibilities.
Feeling drained even before the week begins is pretty common. Most of us spend the entire week waiting for Friday to eventually come around so that we can finally relax, but then we spend the weekends stressing over the week to come!
