#13: Just Keep Swimming
If this thread is teaching us anything, it’s never to go diving at night because it truly sounds like the most terrifying thing ever. This scuba diving enthusiast was on a night dive when they saw a moray eel get bitten in half by a predator. Imagine some scary ocean animal with sharp teeth appearing out of the deep, black water to chomp on an unsuspecting eel! No, thank you!
If you are already freaked out by this story, we don’t recommend reading the rest because it gets gross. This storyteller went on to share that half of the eel was still swimming after meeting its demise. Ew. Eel heads are known to remain active for some time after being separated from the rest of the body. Not something we want to think about ever again. Bye!
