Small Things That Are Oddly Irritating

Just like there’s a right way to slice a pizza, there’s a right way to cut a cake. This isn’t the right way, in case you were wondering. I mean, we don’t even see a pattern here. What were they thinking when they cut this cake? Whoever cut the cake must’ve been extremely distracted, and even so, it’s hard to imagine exactly what happened there.

The cake is arguably the most important part of a birthday party (at least when you’re a kid), and this cake is an atrocity. It’s a good thing the birthday boy probably doesn’t mind (assuming he’s a kid!), but the guests at the party were probably all shocked when they saw this cake. Seriously, who cuts a cake this way? It affects the taste, you know.
