Congratulations!
Receiving your diploma is a happy occasion. At least, it should be one, provided the delivery guy didn’t bend and ruin it. Now they won’t be able to hang it on the wall. When they write “do not fold” on the package – and in capital letters no less – I think they mean “do not fold.” Once the package is shipped, however, it’s out of their hands.

And it says University of Denver – so the delivery man must’ve known it was a diploma, or in other words, something this person has worked very hard for! We spend three or four years of cramming for this piece of paper, and for what? To have it ruined by a delivery man? That’s just aggravating – there’s no other word to describe it.
