Small Things That Are Oddly Irritating

You’re telling me the person who stepped into this coffee house in the morning to get a cup of coffee and a cookie to start their day noticed this mistake, and the people who work there didn’t? This person noticed this mistake before they’ve even had their coffee, and the people who work there didn’t notice? I’m not buying it.

I think they did notice, and they simply couldn’t care less, which makes this even worse. I mean, there’s a normal 8 right below this one, which makes it pretty hard to miss. This mistake might haunt us for the rest of the day. And despite this atrocity, we suddenly have this strange craving for cookies. Go figure.
