#18: I Can’t Believe the Entire Country Decided to Fake the Same Accent
This person is probably a historian who graduated from Harvard University at the top of their class. Their IQ is so high that we couldn’t possibly comprehend what they mean when they speak as if they were there in 1776. Except that we all know they are wrong and always will be with this statement.
You have to admit, though, that the prospect of an entire country faking an accent for so long is pretty funny. Did the soldiers who fought and retreated have to spread the word back on the motherland? These days people can barely agree on whether or not pineapple goes on pizza, so this would be an impressive feat.
