Yeah, puppies get dirty, but why’d you introduce dirt onto the thing where people drink out of? This is why governments don’t maintain public facilities. Jerks like this decrepit man ruin things for everyone.

This guy could’ve filled a cup with water and washed his pup on the grass, but nope. The public’s drinking fountain is his dog’s personal bathing station. We’re glad someone caught this guy on camera. Hopefully, they spread the news around the city that this lunatic is contaminating drinking fountains with puppy bathwater.
