50+ Confessions from Starbuck Employees about Their Jobs

November 25, 2015 by Veronica Phillips

What’s your favorite coffee shop? If you answered anything other than Starbucks, you’re wrong. There’s nothing better than entering a Starbucks in the morning and ruining the days of the employees there. Below, we’ve compiled a list of 50+ confessions from Starbucks employees. Many of them downright hate their jobs, while others find ways to screw the system.

Saving Time

Here’s something many of you might not know about the goings-on behind the counter at Starbucks. Management expects its employees to blend Frappuccinos individually. Like, if a customer orders multiple Fraps, you have to make them one by one. What a waste of time.

And that’s exactly what this person thought. Instead of following standard procedures, this person went below the radar to make Frappuccinos in batches. The horror! And that’s the worst bit! They even prepared steamed milk in bulk for multiple drinks! Time is a commodity you won’t get back, and this person’s making the best of their time.
