Anyone will tell you that Starbuck’s busiest hours start from when the doors open to when the doors close. It’s pretty easy to become frazzled, especially when you have a dozen backed-up orders and have to lend a helping hand to baristas. So, it makes sense if the employee gets drinks wrong sometimes.
But this person would intentionally avoid using 2% milk if the bartender was using it. Instead, they’d swap it out for whole-fat milk, which is richer and, quite honestly, tastier. But the point is to get customers’ orders out of the way sooner. We totally get where the OP is coming from.
