Scammer Detected
Starbucks has a well-known policy where the customer is always right. What this entails is that if the customer has even the slightest complaint about their drink, the employees are obligated to remake it. So, if it’s too hot, too sweet, not sweet enough, doesn’t contain just the right amount of sprinkles or whatever, guess what? Starbucks will make a new one for your, free of charge.
But what happens to the old drink? It gets tossed out, of course. Why would Starbucks let you keep the first drink that you complained about when you only paid for one? Someone needs to tell this Karen what’s up.
