Again, we’d like to inform you that customers are pretty dumb, and we’re not excluding ourselves from that category, either. Basically, people don’t know what they want. One day, they want something, and the next, they want something else. Sheesh, guys, get your stuff together.
This person found a passive-aggressive way of dealing with customers who don’t know how much sweetener they want in their drink. If you come with a long list of ingredients but return to complain that your drink isn’t sweet enough, the OP will triple the sweetener amount. Then they’ll tell you to order that amount the next time you show your face around their store.
