While operating a vehicle down a busy road, your hands are supposed to be on the 10 and 2-o-clock positions of the steering wheel. Well, those were the old rules. The updated rules are you’re supposed to keep your hands on the 9 and 3-o-clock positions.
But what if your dog is in the car? It’s not like you can place your dog in the backseat and pray that it sits still. Oh, wait—YES, YOU CAN! Why is this guy holding onto his pupper while driving a two-ton sedan down a public road? Good thing Google Street View doesn’t snitch.
