It is human nature to return to a place that treats us with care and politeness. That’s probably the principle good shops teach their employees so that they can improve their customer service. The staff’s smiling face, good behavior, and hospitality are what bring clients back.
The petrol station staff put covers on the door handles so that people didn’t burn their hands while opening the door on those hellish summer days. No wonder people are happy to pay higher prices at the shops with excellent customer service instead of going to cheap shops with no regard for the customer.
