#15: Personal Achievement
Even though we are all beautiful in our own way, there are many different reasons why someone might feel the need to go on a diet. Perhaps they need to make a dietary change, eat more balanced foods, or even just eat fewer or more calories for whatever reason.
But no diet will ever be successful if you feel as though you are too restricted in what you can and can not eat. Because sooner or later you are going to feel the need to cheat yourself out of it. That’s why the best way to make changes is through small, easy, and enjoyable steps.
