#22: Me? Overthink?
Depending on the kind of person you are, you might either find yourself dealing with difficult situations in a very healthy way or in an anxiety-induced kind of way. No matter how many times we might try and act responsibly, our “Overthink” radar comes out to play.
Sometimes overthinking happens in the most harmless of ways but can turn into a very intense process. Sure, thinking and processing certain interactions after they happen can be a really healthy thing, just as long as you don’t take it too far.
