#35: Don’t Talk to Me
You know not to speak to certain people if they haven’t had a good night’s sleep. We all need to have a sufficient amount of sleep in order to be able to function the next day as human beings, but most of us can get by having less than 8 hours of sleep a night.
As cute as this little cat is, you do not want to mess with it when it hasn’t had a good night’s sleep. Sleep is such an integral part of our health and wellbeing, which we often don’t realize until later in life. Just by getting 8 hours of sleep a night, you can improve so many aspects of your life.
