Every trainer and his dog are popping up on YouTube showing you how to get a cute butt with this piece of stretchy rubber.
The thing is, while they’re great for warm-ups, in order to build muscle you’ll need to combine these sorts of exercises with more traditional weights. You can mix in some resistance band work in there as well, but make sure you’re doing your leg presses and deadlifts or you can kiss a perfect peach goodbye.
