Lay back and relax
How we get our best night’s sleep is often hard-won information. Finding the right pillow, comforter, nightclothes, and position combination can take much trial and error, only to be interrupted when we start a relationship and have to share a bed with someone else. Now your sleeping positions have to complement each other.
It turns out, though, that there is actually a perfect way to sleep, and it’s not what you think. According to chiropractors, sleeping on your stomach is the worst way to catch a few z’s as it twits your spine. Side sleeping or back sleeping is much better, although the latter might end up with you snoring, so choose with caution.
