There’s more to learn about teeth, even though we’ve talked mouthwash and gum already. Most of us know that you should brush your teeth twice a day: in the morning and the evening. However, if you’re one of the groups of people who like to brush after every meal then you might be giving your dentist a hard time.
Studies have shown that brushing straight after every meal can actually damage the layer that lies below your tooth enamel. This can lead to future problems and an expensive dental bill. As much as you might like to be conscientious about your oral hygiene, go easy on the lunchtime brush for a while.
