Don’t rinse
Who knew there was so much we were getting wrong about teeth? If you’ve ever found yourself trying to explain to a toddler why brushing your teeth is important then you probably think you’re clear on how the process goes. You might be surprised at what crucial step you’re missing out on.
It’s just this: wait. After you’ve brushed your teeth for at least two minutes, you spit out the toothpaste. Usually, you’ll then rinse your mouth out and maybe gargle a bit. Well, there’s the problem. The toothpaste needs around 30 minutes to do its job, so you shouldn’t be rinsing until after that time.
