Tighten up
Now you’ve eaten all your pasta, it’s probably time for a run. Before you lace up your shoes and head out of the front door, take a quick look at how you’ve tied them up. You might find you’ve been doing this wrong as well. Sure, as long as the running shoe fits you might be fine, but you may have missed an opportunity for better results.
At the top of the run of lacing holes in your shoes are some extra holes that aren’t usually used. If you’re going to be putting in the miles, then you might want to think about using them to fit the shoe around your foot better. The tighter the shoe, the less chance you have of getting blisters and having to cut your run short.
