No Money and No Friends
Growing up in a low-income home isn’t easy, but you can also learn a lot from your parent’s financial struggles. Being young and learning how to handle money differently can set you on a different financial path than the one you grew up with.
Unfortunately, kids usually get the short straw when it comes to their parent’s financial struggles. One kid had no friends in high school because they could never do anything. And then, when they were old enough, they still had no friends as they worked a full-time job. Having friends is an important part of growing up and making connections. Although they could be getting a head start financially and build friendships later on.
