Tenants Tell What It’s Like Renting from an Uncaring Landlord

Landlords can be a lot shadier than we think. We don’t know what’s going on in their minds! There’s probably a legitimate reason for not spending a single dollar on fixing leaky roofs, broken towel racks, or unclogging pipes. Or the property manager could be a thief who’s trying to escape the feds.

One day, this person’s landlord began requesting the tenants to pay their rent in cash. Nobody knew why he was suddenly asking for hard cash, but they obliged the request. Not long after, they learned that the manager had made off with the money. He was never seen or heard from ever again. Hopefully, the feds caught him.
