Tenants Tell What It’s Like Renting from an Uncaring Landlord

What good is complaining to a landlord who won’t even give you the time of day? This person, however, had a somewhat caring landlord. They at least came over to check out the huge mold spot that was slowly going to take over the home. Seeing is believing, after all, so maybe after assessing the situation, the landlord would spring into action.

That was wishful thinking. The property owner clearly saw the growing patch of mold but didn’t acknowledge it. It was staring right at him! Try and guess who had to pay to remove the mold? Not the landlord, we’ll tell you that much.
