Tenants Tell What It’s Like Renting from an Uncaring Landlord

This landlord despised mud tracks with very fiber of their being. In fact, things were so bad that they threatened to charge people $100 for tracking mud onto the floor tiles. We would leave notes on a public bulleting, describing how those who brought mud into the home were “animals” and needed to be dealt with.

Thankfully, “dealing with it” didn’t involve hunting them down. He just wanted to evict them, which would be nuts, especially since he hired a cleaning lady. The lady would come around every two weeks to make the place spotless again. To be fair, mud is hard to clean up, but it’s not worth losing your mind over.
